You will work with the Commercial team supporting them with commercial and contractual responsibilities, assisting operational teams, and helping ensure we deliver value for our clients while staying true to our company values.

You will need the following to be eligible for this apprenticeship:Minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English at a grade 4 or above.

You will assess and manage applications for rented and shared ownership housing, provide advice and guidance to applicants, and act as the key contact for CORE data submissions.

You will be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of relevant tenancy and leasehold legislation procedures and practices, gained through formal training, qualifications and/or relevant work experience.

You will be supported throughout your apprenticeship by your local team and line manager, and you will be given time to carry out your studies with the provider etc.

You will register customers and assist them in their search for a home.

You will also be out and about visiting properties.

You will also have the chance to earn monthly commissions and benefit from the fantastic in house training that compliments the Apprenticeship and for the right candidate progress through ourselves into a career in the estate agency field.
