You will be a strong Excel user, who is naturally methodical, can work to tight deadlines and is a confident communicator. The salary is £35K-£40K (pro rata) and you will receive 25 days holidays plus bank holidays (pro rata) free on site parking, pension and healthcare benefits.

You will also make sure each invoice is assigned an identifying code, making it easier to track past payments for tax purposes.

You will assist the Finance manager with all aspects of the Purchase Ledger from processing Purchase Invoices on their ERP system, through to setting up payments and resolving any queries.

You will be responsible for erecting access equipment with appropriate training, setting up access plant and temporary screening as needed, and monitoring decorating material stock to request replacements as required.

You should be capable of performing all duties associated with the role and be prepared to attend college to work towards a recognized qualification in Painting and Decorating.

You will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth running of financial operations, providing management with key insights, and supporting business decisions.
