You will have line management/staffing responsibility for the Property Services Team and budgetary responsibility for the Property revenue and capital budgets.
You will provide effective management and team leadership to the Property Services Team and will support the Head of Service in strategic planning working in partnership with customers and colleagues.
You will play an active role in projects such as key performance management and improvement, enhancing the use of technology, process review and change, as well as site utilisation and resourcing strategies. You’ll collaborate with a wide range of colleagues, as well as both internal and external stakeholders, providing valuable networking opportunities throughout your apprenticeship.
