You will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the homes, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

You will play a key role in staff supervision, development planning, and providing a consistent and therapeutic environment for the young people.

You will be overseeing the sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of materials and services essential for our production operations.

You will be responsible for the delivery of procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, ensuring cost-effective and timely supply chain operations.

You will prepare cases where formal enforcement action is to be taken (in consultation with the Council’s legal advisors) where breaches of planning control cannot otherwise be resolved. Great communication skills and an ability to engage with a range of stakeholders is therefore essential along with a commitment to delivering an outstanding service to all our customers.
