You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with schools within the North West area, as well as recruiting education professionals, who are looking for temporary supply work within your area.
You will also be required to attend events such as university and job centre career fairs.
You will be involved with designing new and bespoke products, as well as revising and improving existing product ranges. Other responsibilities will include liaising directly with customers and internal departments on design requirements and advising on technical matters where possible.

You will hold an NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience gained in a fast‑paced engineering setting.
You will be proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
You will make a difference to our Residents at a time of their life when they may feel the most vulnerable, and they will look to you to guide and support them in life-changing decisions, which is a humbling and unbelievably rewarding part of the role.
You will understand the importance of effective communication, both verbally and written, and role model professional behaviours.
