You will work collaboratively with colleagues to manage caseloads and ensure timely resolution of cases. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will need: HND/SVQ Level 4 or equivalent, or relevant practical experience Experience working with regulatory frameworks and administrative procedures
You will be working with clients who have a mixture of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes. Technical knowledge of cradle to grave pensions administration is required, a thorough understand of scheme rules and current legislation and project management.

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a commitment to team working, providing general administrative support to our Finance team.
You will be proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Excel and Word and ability to carry out key word processing tasks.
