You will work alongside people who have experienced homelessness, providing flexible, person‑centred and trauma‑informed support that meets them where they are. Within this role you will play a vital part in helping people develop independence, stability and confidence within their homes and communities.
You will work collaboratively with a skilled multidisciplinary team to deliver care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Support individuals who may present with behaviours of concern, using trauma-informed and positive behaviour support approaches. Champion inclusion, choice, and meaningful engagement in daily life and community activities.
You will work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the unit, provide guidance and supervision to Support Workers, and model best practice in delivering compassionate, trauma informed care.
