The people we support enjoy going ice skating and dancing at local discos. Support Worker Duties: - Providing excellent care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and non-verbal communication requirements.
You will offer advice and guidance on housing and support options, helping service users access and engage with these services. Additionally, you will signpost other services that may meet their support needs. Please note, a full UK driving license is an essential requirement for this role, due to travelling around the community to provide support to servicer users in their own households.
You will be positive about supporting people to increase their independence and ensure that they are at the centre of all decisions made about their lives.
