You will help shape secure-by-design firmware solutions, including: - Secure boot, Root of Trust, and authenticated firmware updates - Threat modelling and firmware-level security risk assessment - Supporting projects aligned with cybersecurity regulations such as the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA)

You will combine embedded software development with day-to-day technical leadership, guiding a team of five engineers and playing a key role in shaping architecture, standards, and delivery across multiple embedded projects. As Embedded Software Team Leader, you will remain deeply involved in hands-on development while providing technical direction, mentoring, and support to your team.
