You must be available to work day and night shifts. - Day shifts: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 20:00pm, Saturday- Sunday 8:00am - 20:00pm
You will be supporting a young person with profound and multiple learning difficulties and complex health needs. They are non-verbal and communicate using their eyes and facial expressions, so patience and observation skills are essential.
You must also hold a full UK driving license.
You must willing to undertake a DBS check at enhanced level if successful for the position.
You will be warm, understanding and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will be highly motivated and interested in working with people with complex needs and histories.
You will be emotionally resilient and open to working with our Practice Lead to enable the service to strive to learn and change with our service users.
