You will encourage service users to take part in social activities, both within their homes and in the wider community. Building warm and trusting relationships with service users and their families is central to this role, ensuring they fully enjoy their time with us. Hours can be full-time or part-time, worked flexibly over seven days to meet the needs of the service.

You will also support contract management and help improve systems and processes. Key Responsibilities Broker regulated services in line with agreed processes. Ensure service requests from social work teams are complete and accurate. Negotiate service details with providers and internal teams.
