About Awel Y Mor: Situated near the charming Saundersfoot harbour, Awel y Mor is a welcoming home for up to three adults aged 18 and over. This spacious residence features three double bedrooms, communal lounges, a modern kitchen, and a tranquil landscaped garden.
You will play a key role in supporting her physical wellbeing, fostering a safe space that promotes dignity and care. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality personal care. Foster a warm, engaging environment through care and support Support evening routines, including quiet activities such as reading or watching films with the client

You will be working as part of a team and covering day shifts and sleep ins.
You will also need to be friendly with great communication skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
You will receive support throughout your mandatory training in order to achieve your Care Certificate, and further support will be given for you to develop your career within the care sector.
You will be provided training to ensure you are in a confident position to support the young people. This will be provided from both Teaching Personnel and the school.
