You will have previous experience in a residential setting, along with strong operational management experience.
You will work with individuals in their own home, leading on non complex assessment on discharge from hospital and delivering targeted and intensive rehabilitation programmes to maximise patient independence.
You will be expected to manage a caseload, to provide assessment, rehabilitation, onward referral and discharge to a range of patients referred to the service.
You will be based at the midwifery Hub at Fyrish Ward, Invergordon County Hospital. The team care for approximately 250 women per year.
