You will work closely with technical specialists, team leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful and high-quality project delivery. Role Responsibilities - Contribute to the delivery of EPR implementation projects across customer sites.
You will be working alongside our experienced and successful Sales and Commercial teams, communicating and meeting with customers and internal stakeholders. This role can be flexible with location from Colchester, Essex or our Theale, Reading office, or potentially remote but must be happy to travel to offices when needed.
You will be responsible for working as a key member of the Regional Management Team, providing operational support and expertise to care homes throughout the region.
You will coach, mentor and support Home Managers in selected homes as identified and agreed by Operational Management.
You will lead on-site teams to deliver safe, well-maintained, and professional environments, ensuring maintenance, cleaning, and security standards are upheld at all times.
You will foster a service-led culture where customer satisfaction is central to every decision, monitoring feedback closely and implementing improvement plans where required.
