You will work with the Violence & Aggression Prevention Advisor and the wider NHS Highland team of Advisors and Trainers.
You will deliver Violence & Aggression training and education, promoting a safe and person centred approach to practice across the HSCP contributing to the reduction of risk and severity of incidents of Violence & Aggression.
You should be able to demonstrate expert knowledge of project management including balancing cost, time and quality and have in depth knowledge of relevant legislations, e.g. health & safety, environment and construction law.
