You will also take the lead in technical maintenance and diagnostic repairs of business-critical assets and directly support the Site Technical Services Manager at peak operational times with Control of Contractors.

You will have five main areas of responsibility: - Technical Expertise – to act as the technical expert and escalation point for complex repairs and breakdowns of critical assets.

You will also have responsibility for developing and maintaining personal plans along with other relevant duties. Our fabulous team work across 2 houses in Dumbarton supporting 10 individuals who enjoy being active and have a variety of interests including music, films, going for walks, swimming and social activities in the community.

You will provide effective Facilities Support to the Community Admin Team providing opening/lock up service to our buildings, comprehensive caretaking and security to facilitate the smooth running of our health centres.
