You will support reporting requirements using Epicor tools such as BAQs, dashboards and SSRS outputs, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver meaningful, reliable information.

You will be comfortable working with data and reports, have good documentation skills, and be able to translate operational issues into clear system or process improvements.

You will play a key part in helping win new business by understanding client challenges, demonstrating solutions, and explaining how IT services can meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

You will oversee design output, drawings and BOMs.

You will have responsibility of dealing with customers and maintaining engineering standards. The ideal candidate will have come from a Mechanical Engineering background and be capable of 3D CAD Design preferably Solidworks and someone who wants to have a hands on engineering role.
