You will need good communication skills and the ability to work in a variety of healthcare settings providing advanced notice and short notice cover.

You will work as a member of a team in maintaining and delivering a high standard of resident care.

You will be expected to work to a high level under the supervision of qualified nursing staff.

You will join us on a permanent basis, with Full Time, Part Time or Relief hours available. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.60 per hour.

You will be working with aa wide variety of clients in terms of size and verticals, so you will be working with lots of different solutions. There is exceptional growth and development on offer.

You will be working 3 days a week in the office and 2 days at home. There is an on call rota that is 1 in 5 and you will receive an on call bonus.

You will provide leadership to your team, who will consist of each team consists of a Team Manager, Advanced Practitioner, who holds complex cases and supports 5 or 6 Social Workers / Senior Social Workers and a Newly Qualified Social Worker within their team.

You will have the ability to manage a team and ensure development and performance issues are addressed though support and coaching.

You will drive strategy, oversee day-to-day operations, and champion continuous improvement in processes, tools, and customer satisfaction.
