You will liaise regularly with home managers to progress suitable candidates, book interviews, and ensure all recruitment steps are followed consistently. You will use your customer service skills to provide user support on all company supported computers, applications, and software, troubleshooting problems, and advising users on appropriate actions.
You will be the first point of contact for all support tickets, where possible resolving or re-assigning as appropriate to other team members.
