You will liaise regularly with home managers to progress suitable candidates, book interviews, and ensure all recruitment steps are followed consistently. You will evidence good all-round technical knowledge, adept in using MS Office applications and in particular, Excel, to an intermediate standard (V Lookup/Pivot tables). In addition, you will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to contact internal colleagues with a polite, professional telephone and email manner.

You will use your customer service skills to provide user support on all company supported computers, applications, and software, troubleshooting problems, and advising users on appropriate actions.

You will be the first point of contact for all support tickets, where possible resolving or re-assigning as appropriate to other team members.

You will be an organised, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

You will take pride in providing a high standard of administrative and commercial support, contributing to the efficiency and success of the department.
