You will have the following qualifications & experience: - BSC, MSc or PhD in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry or Chemical Engineering - Extensive industrial laboratory experience with a track record of increasing responsibility with people management. - Demonstrated expertise in formulating, testing and manufacture of polyurethane adhesives.
You will work with stakeholders across UK sites and with colleagues in the Netherlands to understand demand, prioritise work, and ensure applications are stable, well governed, and continuously improving.
You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.
You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.
You will be responsible for routine laboratory testing, quality checks, and supporting development work, ensuring results are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.
