You will help lead, drive and manage the internal team and externally be a customer success champion. Key responsibilities include: Being the first point of contact for handling and co-ordinating all customer service queries. Organising and communicating all aspects of the installation process.
You will be responsible for supervising engineers, managing resources, and supporting customer contracts, while driving performance against key KPIs. As a Remedial Service Manager, you will: - Oversee recruitment and resourcing in line with operational requirements. - Manage engineer activity on-site, ensuring productivity and SLA compliance.
You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, safety, and system reliability across customer sites. Key Responsibilities - Carry out routine PPM in line with scheduled tasks and industry standards. - Respond effectively to reactive maintenance calls, breakdowns, and emergency situations.
You must have at least 3 years prior Military Service, or be currently serving, in any arm of the British Military, regular or reserves.
You must be over 18 years and under 57 years of age at re-enlistment.
You must be medically fit and have a Body Mass Index below 32.
You must have a full UK driving licence with less than 8 penalty points.
