You will collaborate closely with various teams and vendors to guarantee smooth and uninterrupted operation of the systems, ensure timely upgrades, manage change processes, and continuously improve operational efficiencies.

You will set up, carry out and coordinate works, working closely with the Senior Building Surveyor, Building Supervisors and Estate Managers.

You will be hands on, proactive and responsive to issues to ensure a high-quality, successful service is delivered.

You will provide practical building related supervisory support on repairs and maintenance in your portfolios.

You will work closely with management within the home to maintain a safe, nurturing environment and collaborate with multi-agency professionals involved in the lives of tour children and young people to contribute to meaningful care planning.

You will have the option to work towards completing Level 5 in Management and Leadership

You will seek to protect the reputation of the business and maintain a good knowledge of latest industry developments in applicable requirements. Whilst previous experience is not required, an awareness of risks associated with financial products would be advantageous. Training will be provided.

You will confidently ensure that robust processes are in place which enable staff make sound practice decisions which are both Care Act compliant, and respond flexibly and quickly to changing needs and emergencies that arise in the community.

You will maintain strong relationships with the Mental Health commissioning team, Mental Health brokerage team and Integrated Care Board (ICB).
