You will lead 2nd/3rd line investigations, deliver bespoke development in the legacy clinical model where appropriate, and support customers end-to-end through demonstrations, training, onboarding, and onsite go live. Beyond early life support, you will maintain strong customer relationships, field and escalate system queries, and act as a conduit between customers and internal teams.
You will also contribute to course enhancement, trainee assessments and incorporating the latest technologies to aid the teaching process.
