You will help to inspire others to work together and deliver their very best.
You will be responsible for the supervision of our customers and other lifeguards using our swimming and pool facilities.
You will always act safely whilst holding responsibility for the Health and Safety of all pool users and oversee the operations of the building.
You will be responsible for your own caseload and have an NCDR qualification (or enthusiasm to train within the first 12 months).
You will have an excellent understanding of client care and a proven track record for showing commitment to personal growth and business development through social media, training, blogs and articles.
You will be responsible for a number of deliverables, supporting the region and wider teams on the commercial aspects of a diverse range of mid to large new build and refurbishment projects for a broad customer base, typically across our principal sector of healthcare, but also education, Life Sciences and Commercial sectors.
You will make a difference to our Residents at a time of their life when they may feel the most vulnerable, and they will look to you to guide and support them in life-changing decisions, which is a humbling and unbelievably rewarding part of the role.
You will understand the importance of effective communication, both verbally and written, and role model professional behaviours.
