You will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the homes, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

You will play a key role in staff supervision, development planning, and providing a consistent and therapeutic environment for the young people.

You will be helping to oversee the design team as well working closely with manufacturing, watching your designs come to life. Tekla experience is necessary in this role, and the right candidate will have experience or will want to gain managerial experience.

You will identify and access opportunities with service users to help them gain independence and confidence. Your role will also involve working with service users in a recovery-focused manner, ensuring alignment with their support and risk management plans.

You will be paid on a weekly basis.

You will support forecasting reviews, review overheads monthly with stakeholders across the group, and assist with continuous improvement initiatives/projects.

You will support the balance sheet review process, audit preparation, support strengthening financial controls, highlighting key emerging risks/opportunities.
