You will identify organisational and operational issues and support the development of innovative solutions.

You will establish and develop effective working relationships with strategic leaders, technical teams, end users, and specialists.

You will analyse how components interact to influence overall system behavior, allowing you to contribute towards efficient, effective, long-term solutions.

You will work closely with office staff, production teams, and senior management to ensure systems run smoothly and are continuously improved. Key responsibilities include: Providing day-to-day IT support across the business Setting up, configuring, and maintaining computers, devices, and production-related IT equipment

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.
