You will work alongside the engineering and sales team to develop quotations under the guidance of the Sales & Marketing Director. Please note this role is fully on-site, so suitable applicants must be willing to commute to Harwell, Didcot, Monday to Friday.
You will also work closely to develop and maintain high-quality support to ResMed's sleep portfolio, delivering consistently high standards of care, support and service to all customers. Support internal customer (ResMed employees) in developing and maintaining market-leading clinical and ResMed devices and services knowledge.
You will do this by analysing the complexities and subtleties of how digital information is formatted across a wide range of types, including office suites, media, images, 3D, GIS and various specialist formats to build an internal knowledge base covering file formats and the tools that manipulate them.
You will also help improve our detection capabilities and knowledge base, protecting the Operational Technology environments that are critical for RWE Generation’s flexible power generation and hydrogen (H₂) production.
