You will join as a Technical Project Manager responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of applications and operating systems across a large, diverse and data-rich environment.
You will be accountable for analysing and interpreting large volumes of application and compliance data, producing clear, actionable plans, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure delivery within defined SLAs.
You will manage a skilled support team, ensure SLA compliance, and act as the escalation point for major incidents, while contributing to the bank’s wider technology strategy.
You should have significant experience leading application support teams in financial services, ideally investment banking, with strong technical knowledge of enterprise applications, databases, and integration technologies.
