You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT support within Waterstones and will be responsible for day-to-day operations as well as driving forward improvements in our service delivery. What you will be doing: - Oversee the delivery of IT services, including incident management, service requests, and problem resolution.
You will be accountable for support availability, performance, and customer experience in your region, driving measurable improvements in key metrics such as case resolution time, SLA adherence, escalations, and customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.
