You will have experience of completing structural and building surveys, undertaking inspections, examining properties for acquisition and to have experience working on commercial properties.
You will personally be responsible for delivering a variety of high-quality building surveying services. This will include planning and monitoring programmes of building works, repairs, maintenance, and capital projects, in addition to managing all compliance and legislation across the entire District estate.
You will demonstrate a solid background in administration with a confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and time management are important to ensure administration is timely and effective. You’ll be familiar with Outlook, Word and Excel and ideally have some experience of Share Point.
