You will support the recruitment process for new employees, ensuring all paperwork and relevant documentation is complete. Keep accurate records of all relevant residents’ documentation to include financial contracts, monthly invoice requests and payments, pocket money cash records and sundry invoices.
You will act as a key support to both employees and managers, providing expert guidance on all HR-related matters. Your role will focus on employee relations, performance management, learning and development and HR compliance. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will help drive employee engagement, ensure legal compliance, and support the wider business strategy.
You will be involved in a wide range of professional and project work, with a strong focus on commercial acquisition and Technical Due Diligence surveys across the hotel, leisure and care sectors.
You will gain exposure to specialist sectors, a varied workload and a clear platform to continue developing technically and commercially.
You will need to be team player with excellent communication skills and be able to respond positively within a fast-moving environment. Responsibilities * To assist with the preparation and updating of job descriptions and person specifications.
You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.
