You will play a key role in pricing works, negotiating terms, and ensuring a seamless handover to operations for successful project execution.
You will understand and comply with all Health and safety regulations and company policies, ensuring all properties comply with statutory requirements (e.g., Building Safety Act, HSE, Fire Safety Order, Gas Safety Regulations, Electrical Safety Standards, Legionella, Asbestos, Lifting Operations, HHSRS).
You will work on complex structural residential and commercial projects, benefiting from hands on training, mentorship, and clear career progression.
You will play a key role in pricing works, negotiating terms, and ensuring a seamless handover to operations for successful project execution.
You will gain hands-on experience working on a live construction site, supporting the commercial, procurement, and administrative functions of the project.
You will work closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager, and supply chain, gaining exposure to real-world construction processes from procurement through to final accounts.
You must have a “Can Do” attitude, not afraid of getting stuck into your work and willing to be positive minded adaptable and flexible. 1. Efficiently manage and successfully supervise the Project from start to finish. 2. Detailed sequencing and programming of works onsite to ensure safe, efficient delivery of the project.
You will help to inspire others to work together and deliver their very best.
You will be responsible for the supervision of our customers and other lifeguards using our swimming and pool facilities.
You will always act safely whilst holding responsibility for the Health and Safety of all pool users and oversee the operations of the building.
You will support the estimating function on a range of groundworks and RC frame tenders, working closely with senior estimators and the wider pre-construction team. The role offers exposure to complex projects and clear progression opportunities.
You will ideally have: - 3–5 years’ experience in estimating within groundworks, RC frames, or heavy civil engineering
