You will join our structured Graduate Programme, that will provide you with supportfor all your learning and development needs.

You must be able to travel to and from college. After completing your first year at college, you will be required to work a shift pattern that includes night shifts.

You will progress through a Modern Apprenticeship in Engineering over a 4-year programme. Your time will be divided between attending college and gaining real life workplace experience with ScotRail.

You will work with a variety of partners, customers, and clients on the delivery of a professional service that maximises resources and delivers positive outcomes.

You will assist in the Council’s development management processes to help the Council deliver The Plan for North Lanarkshire and achieve best value.

You will work closely with the project delivery team, engage with client representatives and processes, and coordinate with civil subcontractors from mobilisation through to handover. In conjunction with the Quantity Surveying team, you will also support the commercial management of civil subcontractors.

You will play a key role in site operations, from setup to completion. This role will commence working at Corran Ferry Crossing in Scotland, However once completed there will be other exciting projects across the UK and Ireland.

You will lead diverse engineering projects, navigate technical challenges, collaborate across departments, and represent the city as a trusted professional and project leader.
