You will play a role in the planning and delivery of development projects across the site, contributing to the long-term masterplan and supporting aspirations for growth.
You will report into the Team Partners and work closely with Directors.
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of a Salesforce implementation and transformation project, working hands-on with the delivery lead from our System Implementor (SI) our technology vendor and the internal Process Owner and wider project team.
You will also manage project budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and providing regular, transparent financial updates.
You will play a key role in shaping end-to-end services that meet user needs while aligning with government standards and policy. Working closely with product managers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders, you will help design and iterate services that are accessible, usable, and effective.
You will be leading commissions and interventions with globally recognised clients and on high profile nationally significant projects, making meaningful positive change to major projects and organisations.
You will have a leadership role growing talent across the global network and utilising local and international individuals to deliver work wherever our clients need it.
