You will face off to UK defence customers, set technical direction, and ensure product design is fully aligned to UK airworthiness and compliance requirements, using a strong evidence-based assurance approach while maintaining agility in delivery.

You will work across UK and international engineering teams, owning technical sign-off and ensuring system integrity across the full product lifecycle.

You will be involved in the design process at all stages, supporting design reviews and manufacturing queries, reporting into the Technical Lead or Equipment Project Manager.

You will have the opportunity to lead on packages of work, manage deliveries and assign work to senior design engineers.

You will work on customer development projects across design, development, test, validation, and production.

You will be creating innovative mechanical parts, assemblies, and installation designs using SolidWorks, ensuring full compliance with our Design Office Handbook, certification standards, and customer requirements.
