You will have the prospect to develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on RF Sensing and Electronics and their use in modern EW applications.

You will possess broad and extensive experience within the flight test community

You will have the ability to teach on the ground and instruct in the air (FTEIs teach alongside TPIs in some airborne sorties) and possess the ability to clarify subject material that is inherently complex so that students of all nationalities can understand and then apply the associated principles

You will provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the full product lifecycle - from development and testing to post-deployment support.

You will carry out maintenance repairs and investigations of our product, alongside being responsible for on-site call outs to issues at roadside, customer depot or Vehicle Maintenance unit (VMU).

You will be involved in concept right through to production, in the electronics design process, simulating circuits, pre-scan of EMC rules, prototyping, creating schematics, designing PCBs then testing and assisting with the transition to manufacturing.

You will also ideally have: - Proven experience as an Aircraft Mechanic or Avionic Technician - Experience working on large aircraft (essential) - Background within a Part 145 MRO environment - Ability to interpret technical manuals, drawings and maintenance documentation - Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
