You will support the calibration and maintenance of our test capability and provide first line of support to keep our rigs operating.

You will help to support and develop Technicians and Apprentices, by providing on-task guidance.

You will act as the technical authority for a complete car area or system, owning projects from a blank CAD canvas through concept, detailed design, through to delivery.

You will lead the specification and execution of tests to ensure that we maximise the performance of the car and achieve the highest levels of reliability. Working with the engineering teams around the business, you will help to accelerate our rate of car development, by delivering new test methods and capability.
