You will be expected to work alongside the person, carers and colleagues to complete integrated or multi-disciplinary assessments, which are ‘person-centred’ and take account of an individual’s strengths and ‘what matters’ to them.
You will be expected to maintain a caseload.
You will be based in one bungalow with no more than 3 individuals .
You will work flexibly, supporting individuals to enjoy their favourite activities for example, visiting the local garden centre, going on walks, a trip to the local pub, trips away and other fun past-times.
You will be contracted to the nearest NRW office to your home and a suitable hybrid working pattern will be agreed on appointment. Any regular face to face meetings or training will be planned in advance.
You will require experience of working with industry to analyse and/or improve air quality.
