The Senior Support Worker will support adults with learning disabilities, Autism, and challenging behaviour, providing personal care and administering medication.

You will carry out comprehensive OT assessments for adults with permanent, complex, or substantial disabilities, ensuring interventions promote independence and prevent escalation to ongoing services wherever possible.

You will work as part of an integrated, multidisciplinary neighbourhood team, supporting Hackney's strength-based and preventative approach to adult social care.
