Administrative Assistant jobs in Reigate
You will be responsible for administrative duties, internal coordination, and supporting client-facing processes.
You will seamlessly deliver all administrative tasks required daily with an exceptional level of detail, focus and efficiency, being able to adapt easily to the changing needs of the service, working successfully both as part of a team and individually.
You will play a key role in ensuring finance processes run smoothly while also providing wider office and team support.
You will be based at Aurora Chaldon School with a requirement to work out of our satellite site Caterham on occasion. The main purpose of the role:

You will also contribute to improving HR systems, supporting data protection compliance and assisting with wider HR projects and activities throughout the year.
You will keep to high quality standards and liaise with our legal representatives to ensure all regulatory and legal responsibilities are met.
You will play an important part in supporting the smooth running of network and meter assets, keeping data accurate, and helping customers and colleagues with day-to-day queries.
You will: Keep asset and meter information up to date across our systems. Check reports and data to make sure everything is accurate.
You must be confident to deliver excellent service and be prepared to act on your own initiative and have the skills to prioritise your workload.
You will be working in a medical environment which has patients with severe long-term conditions.
You will support the Centre Manager in co-ordinating all non-clinical services and the Clinical Centre Manager/s.
