You will be an excellent administrator with solid working knowledge of collection management systems (CI+ is preferable).

You should be educated to a minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.

You should have a commitment to providing excellent customer service and experience of supporting and solving queries from customers and other stakeholders.

You should also have experience of Microsoft Packages including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access and using Microsoft Excel to manipulate data.

You will work with the Admissions and Centre Support Manager to facilitate the day-to-day administrative support required by Assistant Principals, Heads of School and Tutors.

You will provide a consistent and effective service for all stakeholders.

You should also be educated to level 2 in Maths and English and have the original certificates to verify this.
