You will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring health and safety compliance, and delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. As Site Manager you'll manage and maximise operational service delivery and productivity, promoting a clear focus on quality assurance, service accessibility and responsiveness, including client involvement and feedback.
You will have previous experience of working as a Store Manager in fast paced, high volume retail setting.
You must be able to problem solve and think on your feet, alongside this you will be a people person, have the ability to plan and co-ordinate resources and be passionate about the delivery of exceptional customer service.
You will report directly to the Business Unit Director for Northern and Western Europe, based in France. Key responsibilities:
You will also manage new orders, provide service assistance in cooperation with the service manager, spare parts network, and support team in the French HQ.
You will need experience in recruitment and will be ready to make that next step in your career, leading and inspiring your team to thrive and grow. Driving sales through business development, sourcing jobs, candidates and managing compliance along the way. Compliance and structure is essential to us but don't worry we have support built in so that you don't get caught in admin.
You will also have the freedom to run your patch in a way that works for you.
You will start with a ledger worth £500k–£1m, with the top patch already doing £2.3m+, so you can clearly see what is achievable with proper coverage.
You will be out on the road around four days per week across Greater London, building relationships face to face, not stuck behind a screen all day.
You will be our feet on the ground, representing HRS at key industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to support proactive outreach and relationship building.
You will develop new business opportunities, foster relationships with key stakeholders, and help position HRS as a leader in nutrition communications.
