You will also play a key role in the reporting of the Groups financial results to the wider business, including the Group Reserving Committee, Executive Management Team and Board. Alongside performing detailed portfolio reserving reviews, you will be instrumental in driving the implementation of a technology-driven transformation of reserving and reporting processes over the next year.
You will be contributing and leading tasks around Pricing Strategy and Development based on market conditions and thorough data research. Within this role, you'll be applying yourself with a number of different analytical tools and softwares. In addition to typical Actuarial softwares, we're looking for those with knowledge and skills in Data Science techniques such as Power BI, Python, SQL.
You will analyse risk factors to demonstrate understanding and management of risk exposure to the organisation, supporting appropriate action to manage and, where appropriate, mitigate risk exposure.
You will also be required to review work performed by your (actuarial) colleagues, providing feedback and mentoring as part of their development.
