You will plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS, supporting each child’s individual needs and development. A strong, child-centred approach is essential for any successful Nursery Room Leader.
You will work closely with management, contribute to observations and assessments, and build positive relationships with parents and carers.
You will plan and deliver meaningful outdoor learning experiences that nurture curiosity, confidence, resilience, and wellbeing.
You will motivate and support staff, promote reflective practice, and ensure all provision takes place within a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
You will be contracted to work 40 hours, four days a week, starting on a shift pattern with operating hours between 7am and 8pm Monday to Sunday, with the opportunity to do overtime, you choose.
You will be provided with a Green Flag vehicle and start your day from your home
