You will need to have experience of working with children and young people, be flexible, compassionate, calm, understanding, fun, able to manage difficult situations and be a good listener. The salary for this position is pro rata'd to the 10hrs per week. Please only apply if you are able to accommodate 3 evenings per week (specific days to be agreed).

You will be a key Member of the activity team and able to communicate in an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful way to visitors, advocating for Welsh Water at all times.

You will be responsible for leading on a variety of outdoor activities on site, these activities include; Abseiling, Aerial runway, Archery, Axe throwing, Climbing, Crate Challenge, Jacobs Ladder, Vertical Assault, Kayaking, Canoeing, Challenge and Woodland activities and any new activities added to the programme of delivery.

You will be required to adapt your skills and experiences to work with children of a variety of ages, backgrounds and abilities whilst catering to their individual needs. As part of a motivated team, you will be expected to help children settle in at the start of their day and organise them and their belongings at the end.
