You will encourage residents to take part in group and individual activities in the home and in the wider community, with the staff team, 7 days a week, ensuring all activities are planned and are tailored to the needs and abilities of the residents. You will be required to work across a range of departments including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Wellbeing & Lifestyle. Previous reception experience will be advantageous. Responsibilities will vary on each shift depending on which department you are supporting. What were looking for
