You will work with a diverse and high-quality portfolio, including high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, non-residents, and family-owned businesses, gaining exposure to both complex compliance and advisory work.
You will work closely with Partners, Directors, and Managers on advisory projects and new client work, and play a key role in mentoring and developing / managing the wider team.
You will provide leadership on projects to support the local Director and Project Director for allocated projects, establish the project technical requirements, utilise and supplement existing resources to establish a turnkey design team, as well as manage the construction team to deliver safely on time and on budget.
You will be responsible for: - Managing and leading a residential or supported living service - Ensuring fullCQC complianceand high-quality care standards - Managing, motivating, and developing a multi-disciplinary staff team - Overseeing risk management, health & safety, and safeguarding
