You will either have experience of working in a role where enforcing rules or legislation was a central part of your job, or experience of working in planning and/or planning enforcement, or a qualification in town planning or a related discipline.

You will be required to have an office presence although some hybrid working is feasible. Main duties of the job The Head of Business Partnering will support TSDFT in delivering a world-class finance function and provide leadership and direction to improve the financial performance of the Trust.

You will have responsibility for the line management and development of the Business Partnering function.

You will be based within the Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust footprint and will experience a variety of clinical placements, allowing you to gain an appreciation of many health and care contexts.

You will be enrolled as an Open University (OU) student and linked with Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust for placements, with theory sessions being taught online by The OU.
