You will be involved in the full lifecycle of property transactions – from strategic site selection through to acquisition and, where necessary, disposal.
You will be confident in managing complex negotiations and able to drive value across land transactions.
You will be instrumental in consolidating group results, managing key reporting processes, and supporting strategic decision-making at the highest level.
You will manage a dedicated team focused on supporting both operational companies and central functions, acting as a trusted advisor across multiple departments.
