You must have current Right to Work in the UK and have been employed in the UK for at least 6 months. We no longer have any certificates of sponsorship available and are unable to consider sponsorship.
You will then complete the person-centred training, specific to the person that you are supporting.
You will be required to support in small classes, typically from Year 7 – Year 11, using behaviour management skills in assisting pupils in overcoming barriers to learning.
You will need to be resilient, empathetic, patient and not take things too personally. Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults.
You will be well experienced in transactional accounting processes including purchase ledger and sales ledger and already have exposure to month end management accounting with the drive to gain more exposure in this area. Strong Excel skills are required including MS Excel and knowledge of Sage is advantageous but not essential.
